Meeting 27th of November at St Johns School Hall, Hastings Rd., Mairangi Bay at 7.30pm for POLY EMP, an Employment Training and Advisory Service for those with disabilities, run from Unitec and MIT, which supports families with the matching of the right person for the right job.
There will also be a “Sensory Integration Specialist” who is willing to come and give classes for those children who have sensory impairment.
In 2008, Mr. Mike Kinney, a martial arts instructor is to run classes adapted for our children’s needs on a fortnightly basis at the Wilson Centre, on a Saturday afternoon. CAMP Through unforeseen circumstances our camp has had to be postponed until the end of March, 2008, with the date still to be finalized. We have again booked with the YMCA, Whangaparoa.
